I am delighted to welcome you to St Finbar’s Primary, where our passion for learning guides all that we do. For over 60 years, St Finbar’s has provided outstanding education for students in the lower Blue Mountains.
Like you, I understand how great teachers can make a real difference in a child’s life. That’s why our experienced teaching staff provide a targeted learning environment that both challenges and supports each student.
Our teachers also integrate the latest technology into the classroom so students are prepared for whatever the future holds.
Each child at St Finbar’s is known and treasured. We promote the holistic development of each student outside the classroom with an enriching variety of extracurricular programs, including sports, computer coding, and music.
St Finbar’s motto: ‘Faith, Truth, and Knowledge’ is central to our school culture. Students are provided many opportunities to enrich their spiritual development, anchored in Gospel values and service to the community.
Our Catholic faith is lived out through daily prayer and social outreach, providing our students with a greater awareness of the world around them and their place in it.
